The artist is definately the main piece of piece, which he had painted.

This piece tells me the artist was middle aged and had a since of western style "the coat"

This painting is relaxed, more natural, of portrait.

He is the main part though, showing his skills with his brush.

2. What elements of the photograph help tell the story or make the photograph interesting? In the photo, there is a man with tobacco leaves on the tables you can tell he is inspecting the leaf he wants to use.
3. How does perspective, angle, lighting, framing or expression play a role this photograph? How?The lighting is dim, and he looks as if he was busy.

I was amazed they had uniforms, and actual shoes, but i think its interesting how a field player is throwing the ball but in that time the runner is jumping to the plate, and the baseman waiting to catch the ball.
3. How does perspective, angle, lighting, framing or expression play a role this photograph? How?the lighting, is general, but how the photo was shot is how it makes the subject pop. The base man and runner form a 90 degree angle the placement gets all of the scene.

creatiquing enviormental portraits

1. Why did you choose this picture? I choose this photo of Steve Irwin, because he
was wrestling a Croc, which is his enviorment, nature and around animals frequently.
2.What does this photograph tell you about the subject? The subject works with crocodiles.
3.What elements in the photograph tell you something about the person? (This can be objects, location, perspective, etc...) He is in the wild with a massive crocodile, wrestling it in the muddy water.

1. Why did you choose this picture?I chose a portrait of Jimi Hendrix, cause of his sense of style, 
very famous in the music, and a hippy icon. 
2.What does this photograph tell you about the subject? The photographer shows the casual side of Jimi as in a classy way. 
3.What elements in the photograph tell you something about the person? (This can be objects, location, perspective, etc...) With his classy jacket and straightened hair, he is also smoking it seems to bring the subject, to the veiwers eye. He grins in a happy way as if he were on stage performing one of his songs.

1. Why did you choose this picture?  I choose this photo of this garderner about to transplant
one of her plants, because it shows what she does, and a vibrant glow around the subject, showing life .
2.What does this photograph tell you about the subject? This photo shows that the woman in the photo is a garderner and she is surrounded by plants and flowers.
3.What elements in the photograph tell you something about the person? (This can be objects, location, perspective, etc...)  As you look at the photo you can see the gardener holding a plant she is is transplanting. The woman is also in a garden full of flowers and plants.
